Hidden Valley Middle School uses the Village System to promote school-wide unity among students, teachers, counselors, and administrators.
Because teachers share the same students, they can respond quickly to the needs of individual students by collaborating, meeting jointly with parents, and/or administrators, and creating village-wide units and activities. Villages are small "schools within a school" that help students develop strong relationships with teachers, other students, couselors, and administrators. Positive connections to all aspects of HVMS foster a positive school spirit that can be enjoyed by everyone.
